5月29日，第三次中日韓領(lǐng)導人會(huì )議在韓國濟州島舉行。這是會(huì )議正式開(kāi)始前，中國國務(wù)院總理溫家寶、韓國總統李明博、日本首相鳩山由紀夫在濟州島握手合影。
第三次中國、日本、韓國領(lǐng)導人會(huì )議于2010年5月29日至30日在韓國濟州島舉行。中國國務(wù)院總理溫家寶、日本首相鳩山由紀夫和韓國總統李明博出席會(huì )議。會(huì )議由李明博主持。三國領(lǐng)導人積極評價(jià)近年來(lái)中日韓合作的迅速擴大和發(fā)展，就未來(lái)十年三國合作發(fā)展方向及重點(diǎn)合作領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了規劃，就當前重大國際和地區問(wèn)題深入交換了意見(jiàn)，達成廣泛共識。
2010年5月29日，第三次中日韓領(lǐng)導人會(huì )議上，三國領(lǐng)導人共同發(fā)表了《中日韓標準化合作聯(lián)合聲明》。
這是我國領(lǐng)導人第一次就標準化合作與國外領(lǐng)導人發(fā)表的聯(lián)合聲明。該聯(lián)合聲明彰顯了中日韓三國領(lǐng)導人對三國標準化領(lǐng)域加強合作的高度重視，表明了三國領(lǐng)導人對加強三國標準化合作以促進(jìn)東北亞地區工業(yè)和技術(shù)合作、經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)和消除不必要的技術(shù)壁壘，促進(jìn)貿易發(fā)展和全球經(jīng)濟復蘇的共同意愿。
《中日韓標準化合作聯(lián)合聲明》的發(fā)表，是三國標準化合作的一個(gè)新起點(diǎn)。三國領(lǐng)導人決心共同推動(dòng)制訂國際標準，推動(dòng)東北亞地區標準的協(xié)調和研究通過(guò)標準化與合格評定促進(jìn)貿易的最好方式三個(gè)方面的合作。

Joint Statement on Standards Cooperation among the People's Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea
我們，中華人民共和國、日本國和大韓民國領(lǐng)導人，于2010年5月29日在韓國濟州島舉行了第三次中日韓領(lǐng)導人會(huì )議。
We, the Leaders of the People's Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea gathered for the Third Summit Meeting in Jeju, the Republic of Korea, on May 29, 2010.
我們認為應加強三國標準化合作，對近期三國此類(lèi)合作的進(jìn)展及其為國際標準化領(lǐng)域作出的貢獻表示滿(mǎn)意。我們認識到標準化合作能夠消除不必要的技術(shù)壁壘，為促進(jìn)貿易發(fā)揮重要作用。我們認為標準化合作能為東北亞地區經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)創(chuàng )造新動(dòng)力。
We shared the common view that it is important to strengthen trilateral cooperation on standards. We also expressed our satisfaction with the recent progress of such cooperation among the three countries, and with the resulting benefits to the international standardization community. We recognized that cooperation on standards is a key tool by which to facilitate trade through the elimination of unnecessary technical barriers to trade, and also acknowledged that cooperation on standards can create new driving forces for the economic growth of the Northeast Asian region.
我們認為應討論加強三國標準化合作的具體措施，確認我們需要通過(guò)促進(jìn)東北亞地區工業(yè)和技術(shù)合作，為全球經(jīng)濟復蘇發(fā)揮更大作用。
We shared the recognition that it is necessary to discuss detailed methods by which to achieve stronger trilateral cooperation on standards, and affirmed that we need to play a greater role in the global economic recovery by promoting industrial and technological collaboration within the Northeast Asian region.
我們強調三國政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的積極參與，對于建立促進(jìn)標準化合作的基礎十分關(guān)鍵。
We emphasized that the active participation of governments, industries and experts in all three countries is essential to the establishment of an infrastructure for better cooperation on standards.
基于上述理由，我們決心在以下領(lǐng)域推動(dòng)合作：
We resolved to promote cooperation in the following areas, taking the above-mentioned issues into consideration:
—— 研究協(xié)調共同關(guān)心的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的標準，以共同制定和提出協(xié)調一致的國際標準；
Researching harmonization of standards of mutual interest in key fields for joint development and proposal of harmonized international standards;
——開(kāi)展信息和專(zhuān)家交流，通過(guò)東北亞標準合作論壇推動(dòng)國際標準化以及相應的東北亞地區標準的協(xié)調一致；Exchanging information and experts, and fully utilizing the Northeast Asia Standards Cooperation Forum to promote international standardization and subsequent standards harmonization throughout the Northeast Asian region; and
——研究通過(guò)標準化和合格評定促進(jìn)貿易的最好方式。
Researching to find how best to facilitate trade through standardization and conformity assessment.
我們將全力開(kāi)展標準化合作，為取得顯著(zhù)成果不斷努力。
We will continually strive to achieve measurable results in all our efforts to cooperate on standards.
